Our consultations are provided at the customer's home with the aim of delivering an impartial assessment of their mechanical equipment. A/C Troubleshooters does not perform any repairs, sell parts, or offer referrals. This policy ensures our evaluations remain completely objective and rooted in professional expertise. We also will not instruct or provide direction for any unqualified persons attempting to perform a repair. HVAC work involves the risk of exposure to high voltage electricity, impact from mechanical devices and high pressure gases as such requires extensive awareness training to ensure operator safety, our expectation is for any remediation to be performed by a licensed HVAC contractor or technician. While we strive for thoroughness, we cannot guarantee the identification of all potential faults or unforeseen issues in non-functioning equipment during the assessment. We are not liable for conditions outside our control or those that are not present during the time of inspection. Should you be confronted with additional faults during a service providers remediation, you may choose to have a second consultation to verify the condition for half the cost provided the equipment has had the original repair completed.
